Multicoloured Vibrant Retreat
In collaboration with Maillot Homes, we had the pleasure of designing a bespoke forever home for our client, filled with soul and vibrancy. This project not only achieved LEED Platinum Certification but also presented a unique challenge: one of the homeowners has a rare form of color blindness that limits his vision to primary and highly saturated colors. Our design solution seamlessly integrated this vivid color palette with soothing, natural elements to accommodate the preferences of both homeowners. The result is a one-of-a-kind residence brimming with delightful details, such as a hidden wine room featuring a bold primary-colored accent wall, a lush, tropical-themed basement, a kitchen island surrounded by rust-colored rounded tiles, and an enchanting family reading room. Designing this home was an incredibly fun and rewarding experience.
